Weight In
Drum roll please!
Taz has lost 20 pounds in one month. Holler! Congrats to Joe, his foster dad for 3 weeks for starting his diet. And thanks for the support so far! Our new goal for Taz is to get to 110 pounds. (Then hopefully more, but that’s in the far future haha.)

Walks
Went on our longest walk today: 2 whole blocks! Usually we just go around 1. Go Taz!
Taz has been away from his previous owners for 1 month already! And I took Taz on his longest walk yet to date and he wasn’t too tired when we got home! He’s getting so much more agile and slim. We’re going to the vet this Saturday and I literally can’t wait until I find out how much he’s lost. More to come…
I always wonder what dogs are dreaming about when they twitch in their sleep.
Daily Routines
Taz, and I, are getting used to our routines during the work week. I’ll admit, it’s not easy but it’s worth it. He’s so excited when I come home! I think he just sleeps all day.
We think he ate his previous owners.

Dog's Biggest Loser
On July 23, 2011, I adopted Taz through the Nebraska No Kill Canine Rescue. When I went to see him the first time, it took me a good 10 minutes to get over how fat he was. Before he was with his foster dad, Taz was being fed 6 cups of food a day and not walked regularly. When he came to the rescue, he weighed in at 165 pounds!
